cases are being recognized and successfully operated upon nowadays. During the last 12 months, the author has come across at least 12 well-authenticated cases. The case described below presented certain peculiar features which makes its publication worth while. Case report S. L. D., 22, Hindu female, complained of occasional vague abdominal burning pain and indigestion for 6 months. She was rather uncertain about the exact nature of the pain and besides its being felt mostly in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen could not give more details about it.
